This authentic, hand-painted, original Pastel dates to the Mid 20th Century and captures a quiet snowy village scene with houses tucked among bare trees. The composition shows a snow-covered road leading past cottages, low walls and tall trunks, all rendered in cool grays and muted tones. You can see the textured pastel surface and subtle marks where the artist built up snow and bark, giving the work visible depth. One of a kind and ready to add a serene, vintage presence to a collector’s walls. Artist: Picardo. Mid 20th Century. The painting measures 46 × 38 cm (18.1 × 15.0 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 1.8 kg (4.0 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
