Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason an artwork does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days after receiving your order.


Return Conditions

All returns must be requested by email before sending anything back. Please contact us at info@hollandartshop.com to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The artwork must be returned in the same condition as it was received and must be carefully packaged.

If an artwork is returned and arrives damaged, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. For this reason, proper and secure packaging is essential when returning an item.


Damaged Items During Delivery

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at info@hollandartshop.com

When reporting delivery damage, please include clear photos of the damage itself as well as photos of the packaging and shipping materials.

Once the information has been received, we will review the claim. If the damage is confirmed and qualifies as shipping-related damage, a refund or an appropriate solution will be offered.


Important Notes

Each artwork is unique. Minor signs of age or wear are inherent characteristics of vintage or antique artworks and are not considered damage.

Refunds are issued only after the returned artwork has been received and inspected, or after a damage claim has been reviewed and approved.
