Shipping & Delivery

Every artwork from Holland Art Shop is handled with great care. Each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it travels safely from our studio to its new home.

Orders are prepared and shipped twice per week. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.


Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping and deliver to most destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs procedures.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

In some countries, including the United States, original artworks may qualify for reduced or zero import duties up to certain thresholds. We cannot guarantee this and recommend checking local customs regulations for your specific location.


Transfer of Responsibility

Responsibility for the artwork transfers to the buyer once the item has been shipped, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.


Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly and reliably, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This may include carrier delays, customs inspections, strikes, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.


Shipping Issues and Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@hollandartshop.com.

Please include clear photos of the damage as well as photos of the packaging and shipping materials. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


Additional Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details or unclaimed shipments.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an artwork has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
