This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting dates to the Mid 20th Century and presents a quiet rural scene with tall bare trees and a small group of figures walking along a sunlit path toward distant cottages. The soft, muted sky and layered greens of the foreground are rendered with visible brushwork and a gently textured paint surface. Fine, sketch-like strokes define the branches while thicker passages give depth to the foliage, making the surface tactile and lively.
