This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting dated Year 1939 shows a row of rooftops and a chimney set against a blue sky with clouds. The surface reveals visible, tactile brushwork and layered paint that catch the light across the roof tiles and sky. The scene reads clearly in earthy reds, greens and muted tones, with textured strokes defining the buildings and foreground. As a one-of-a-kind work from 1939, it would make a distinctive addition to a vintage collection. Artist: Nicolaas Huppes. Year 1939. The painting measures 66 × 86 cm (26.0 × 33.9 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 3.9 kg (8.6 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
