This authentic, hand-painted original Oil Painting from Year 1942 presents a quiet landscape with slender trees, distant hills and a small house visible near the horizon. The muted greens and earth tones are applied with visible brushwork and a slightly textured paint surface that shows age. The gilded frame also shows fine craquelure that complements the work’s vintage presence. This one-of-a-kind piece will sit naturally in a collector’s classic landscape grouping. Year 1942. The painting measures 58 × 4 cm (22.8 × 1.6 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 3.7 kg (8.2 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
