This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting from the Early 20th Century depicts a quiet winter scene with snow-covered ground, bare trees, and a simple wooden shelter where a small figure tends to stacked logs. The soft, muted sky and distant tree forms are rendered in gentle washes while tighter, deliberate strokes build the trunks and twiggy branches. You can see lively paint texture in the snow and on the roof, with visible brushwork adding depth and surface interest. As a one-of-a-kind work, it will bring a sense of calm, lived-in character to a collector’s room. Early 20th Century. The painting measures 78 × 59 cm (30.7 × 23.2 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 4.5 kg (9.9 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
