This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting dates from the Early 20th Century and presents a richly layered, weathered surface. Visible are areas of blue, green and yellow with thick, textured paint and signs of craquelure where the pigment has aged. The composition reads as an abstracted landscape with a worn, tactile paint surface and visible brushwork in places. As a one-of-a-kind work, it offers a unique vintage presence for any collection. Artist: Marcel-Charles Picard. Early 20th Century. The painting measures 55 × 46 cm (21.7 × 18.1 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
