This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting from 1995 captures a quiet winter scene of a yellow building, bare trees and birds foraging in the snow. The composition is rendered in soft, muted tones with visible brushwork that builds gentle texture across the snow and trees. Thick and thin strokes create a tactile paint surface that invites close viewing of the layered paint. One of a kind and ready to enrich a collection, this painting has a lived-in presence that speaks to its maker’s hand. Artist: Aleksandr Anatoljevitsj Zakalski. 1995. The painting measures 75 × 55 cm (29.5 × 21.7 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 1.9 kg (4.2 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
