This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting from Year 1942 presents a quiet grove of birch trees rendered in soft, muted greens, grays, and ochres. The visible canvas shows layered, tactile paint with short, confident strokes that build up a subtle relief across the trunks and ground. A gilded, carved frame surrounds the picture, complementing the warm highlights in the composition. This is a one-of-a-kind work that will bring a vintage, textured presence to any collector's walls. Artist: Emiel Van Dromme. Year 1942. The painting measures 49 × 39 cm (19.3 × 15.4 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
