This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting dates from the Mid 20th Century and presents a softly toned landscape of rolling hills, a small house with a red roof, and fields under a pale blue sky. The scene is rendered in layered strokes and visible impasto, giving the paint surface a textured, tactile quality. Muted greens, ochres and purples blend across the composition in loose, confident brushwork that reads clearly across the canvas. As a one-of-a-kind original, it would make a subtle, characterful addition to any vintage collection. Mid 20th Century. The painting measures 63 × 53 cm (24.8 × 20.9 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 1.4 kg (3.1 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
