This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting dates from the Early 20th Century and depicts a dusk landscape with distant hills, a stretch of water and small village buildings. The subtle layering of color along the horizon and the darker, textured passages in the foreground are visible at a glance. You can see the painter’s brushwork and the raised, tactile paint surface that give the scene age and presence. As a one-of-a-kind work, it would add quiet, vintage character to a collector’s room.
