This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting from the Mid 20th Century depicts a rural farmstead with a cart, figures, geese and a reflective waterway under a cloudy sky. The scene is rendered in visible, tactile brushwork with layered paint that gives the roofs, trees and cobbled foreground a textured surface. Colors are muted and natural, capturing the worn plaster of the buildings and the dark tones of the barn and trees. As a one-of-a-kind work, it would add vintage charm and painterly presence to a collector’s display. Mid 20th Century. The painting measures 72 × 62 cm (28.3 × 24.4 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 3.5 kg (7.7 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
