This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting from the Mid 20th Century depicts a wooded scene with a path receding through tall, slender trees and a canopy of autumnal leaves. The work shows layered, textured paint and visible brushwork that builds depth in the foliage and forest floor. Colors are earth-toned with greens, yellows and warm browns, and the surface shows the tactile quality of oil on canvas. This one-of-a-kind landscape carries the quiet presence of a well-worn, singular painting for a collector. Mid 20th Century. The painting measures 42.5 × 52 cm (16.7 × 20.5 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 1.6 kg (3.5 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
