This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting dates from the Mid 20th Century and is a one-of-a-kind work for collectors. The scene shows a winter village with a horse and driver on a snowy road, buildings and leafless trees under a muted sky. Visible impasto and varied brushwork create a textured paint surface, especially in the snow and tree foliage. Framed in a worn, rustic surround, the painting has clear surface brushstrokes that give it tactile, lived-in character. Mid 20th Century. The painting measures 54 × 40 cm (21.3 × 15.7 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
