This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting is a charming, one-of-a-kind landscape, presumably Early 20th Century. The scene shows a leafy riverside with a stand of trees and a small group of swans on calm water, rendered in soft, muted greens and blues. Visible brushwork and layered paint give a textured surface that reads well in close view. The gilt wooden surround and delicate inner moulding complement the painting’s aged, intimate character. Presumably Early 20th Century. The painting measures 39 × 49 cm (15.4 × 19.3 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
