This authentic, hand-painted, original Oil Painting from the Early 20th Century captures a quiet rural courtyard with a thatched roof, trees, a wooden gate and several white chickens. The scene is rendered in natural, muted tones and the visible brushwork gives the foliage and roof a tactile, textured feel. Thick and varied paint application adds depth to the yard and the worn surfaces of the buildings. As a one-of-a-kind work, it will add authentic vintage charm to any collector’s display. Early 20th Century. The painting measures 81 × 61 cm (31.9 × 24.0 inches) (framed, if shown) and weighs: 3.1 kg (6.8 lbs). If you see a frame in the pictures, it comes with the artwork :)
